(India) offers professional immigration consulting services, including but not limited to, providing advice, preparing and submitting applications, and representing clients before the Canadian immigration authorities.
We charge fees for our services as per the difficulties of our clients' cases. You agree to pay the fees for the services you request from us. All fees are non-refundable, except as otherwise expressly provided in these terms or in any written agreement between you and Root On Immigration Consultants Inc. (Canada) and Root On Immigration Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (India). We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time, and any such changes will be posted on our website.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, your family members, and any other relevant parties in connection with your immigration matter. You understand that any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in delays, additional fees, denial of your application, or other negative consequences.
We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information to the extent required by applicable law and professional standards. We may, however, disclose your information to the extent necessary to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, or to protect our rights and interests.
In no event shall Root On Immigration Consultants Inc. (Canada) and Root On Immigration Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (India), nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. While we strive to provide accurate and effective advice and representation, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any immigration application or process. The final decision on all applications is made by the relevant Canadian immigration authorities, and we do not have control over their decisions.

(India). We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Root On Immigration Consultants Inc. (Canada) and Root On Immigration Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (India) shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Neither party shall be held responsible for any delay or failure in the performance of any part of these Terms to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters. In such circumstances, the affected party shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of its obligations.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
No waiver by Root On Immigration Consultants Inc. (Canada) and Root On Immigration Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (India) of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Root On Immigration Consultants Inc. (Canada) and Root On Immigration Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (India) to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Root On Immigration Consultants Inc. (Canada) or Root On Immigration Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (India). You acknowledge that you are not an employee or agent of Root On Immigration Consultants Inc. (Canada) or Root On Immigration Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (India) and are not entitled to any employee benefits or other rights provided to Root On Immigration Consultants Inc. (Canada) or Root On Immigration Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (India) employees.
These Terms and Conditions have been prepared in English and may be translated into other languages for your convenience. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
The headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not be used to limit or construe the contents of any of the sections contained herein.
Any notices or other communications required or permitted hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed given when delivered personally or by an overnight courier service or when sent by email, with receipt confirmed.
In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof, the parties hereto shall use their best efforts to settle such disputes, claims, questions, or disagreements. To this effect, they shall consult and negotiate with each other in good faith and, recognizing their mutual interests, attempt to reach a just and equitable solution satisfactory to both parties. If the parties do not reach such a solution within a period of 60 days, then, upon notice by either party to the other, disputes, claims, questions, or disagreements shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration body in Canada, in accordance with the applicable rules for such arbitration body, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
You agree to comply with all applicable local, provincial, federal, and international laws, regulations, and rules in connection with your use of the Service.
